This website is operated by Kaiten Japanese Cuisine Limited, trading as Kaiten Japanese Sushi Train. These terms cover use of our website and enquiries about dining, group bookings and events.
Menu information and prices
Our website gives you an overview of the food and drinks available at Kaiten. Menu items, ingredients and availability may change.
Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars and include GST. We aim to keep our online menu current. If you need to confirm a price or the availability of a particular dish before visiting, please contact our team.
For events or whole restaurant bookings, we’ll discuss the menu and pricing with you directly.
Table bookings and enquiries
You’re welcome to contact us to arrange a table or ask about a group booking.
Sending an enquiry through the website doesn’t reserve a table or confirm an event. A booking is confirmed when our team has confirmed the arrangements with you.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a confirmed booking.
Group bookings and events
Group bookings and whole restaurant bookings are subject to availability.
We’ll discuss your preferred date, guest numbers and requirements before confirming the arrangements. Any deposit, minimum spend, cancellation conditions or other event-specific terms will be explained and agreed with you before you commit to the booking.
Please contact us before making significant changes to an agreed event booking.
Dietary requirements and allergies
Please tell our team about any allergies or dietary requirements before ordering, and when arranging a group booking or event.
We can discuss ingredients and available options with you. If you have a food allergy, speak with our team directly before choosing your dishes.

Please use our website lawfully and don’t attempt to interfere with its operation or security.
